About Capt. David

Capt. David is a former member of Team USA and the University of Miami Men's Diving team.  While living in Miami, David found a love for fishing the waters of South Florida. When he wasn't in class, training, or traveling for competitions, you could find him tying flies, casting a fly rod in the side yard of his house, and fishing whenever he could.  After completing his collegiate career he decided to move down to the Florida Keys to pursue a career as a fishing guide. 

During his athletic career, David was a member of Team USA's National Team, which gave him the opportunity to travel and compete amongst some of the best divers in the world. From a bronze medal at the Junior World Championships to a bronze medal at the FINA World Cup, as well as four conference titles for the University of Miami and one NCAA title, he continued to push himself to be better and to learn how to enjoy the process.
